9.2.2. Usage

Let’s use the following convention as an example:

%FILENAME%_%SIZE%_%MEDIA%_%QTY%_%OTHER%

Simply submit images like you would normally do, here we have:

woman_30x50_glossy_4_other.jpg

abstract_70x100_matte_3_other.jpg

river_8x6_satin_10_other.jpg

As you can see the values for ‘Profile’, ‘Dimensions’ and ‘Quantity’ match the values delimited in the file names. If SIZE cannot be matched with a paper size, MEDIA cannot be matched with a media alias or profile, or QUANTITY is not a number, then the image will be submitted with File Naming Convention off, using the template values instead.
